The finisher medal actually awarded may be refined or adjusted before production for reasons including manufacturing feasibility, cost, and finishing quality — while keeping the overall theme and quality intent consistent with what's shown.

We want participants to register with accurate expectations. Design refinement is a normal part of event production — improvements are usually made to improve quality, fit, durability, or cost-efficiency, not to reduce value. Any material change that meaningfully affects what you're paying for will be communicated to registered participants where reasonably practical.
